Detail: The public is advised to stay out of the waters of Moanalua Stream mouth where it enters into Keehi Lagoon. CWB was notified of a wastewater discharge from a 43" pipe located under the Nimitz viaduct. The discharge is ongoing but intermittent. The City is going through the procurement process to have a contractor work on the line. Warning signs are posted. As a precaution, the public is advised to stay away from signed waters including the Moanalua Stream mouth until warning signs have been removed.
